Sorry to hear you weren't able to have a look round. I vaguely remember a circular milking parlour, I think converted from a much older building. I also remember the family attending a sheepdog trial on the estate. As a bolshie teenager I was determined to be bored, but that was impossible! Was most impressed at the agility and intelligence of the sheepdogs. All the whistles and commands sounded the same to me, but I suspect the dogs knew in advance just what was expected of them.
