SS Peter & Paul, Aston Juxta 1802 marriage look up
« on: Friday 13 October 17 02:33 BST (UK) »
Hi, does anyone have access to the Parish records for SS Peter and Paul in Aston Juxta for a marriage on 30 Aug 1802 of Benjamin Sidaway and Dorothy Clarkson?

I would really like to find their fathers names.

Thank you
Val

The fathers' names won't be shown as early as that. They didn't begin to be included until 1837 when official registration began.
The best you can hope for is that the witnesses were family members.

Both of this parish, by Banns, neither signed.  Witnesses:  Thomas Walker (x) and William Roberts (possibly a church official as he is witness to a number of marriages)

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!

Thank you both very much. I'll investigate the Witness. I didn't realise parents not on before 1837. Thanks so much for the information.  Much appreciated.
