Did Mrs Morgan sign any papers when he was admitted or are we basing it purely on the info Albert gave.

You perhaps need to contact Swansea records office to see if they have any info from electoral registers in 1936.  Otherwise you would need to search the 1939 register

Hi thanks for your replies .
As mentioned by my sister I do work so have not been able to answer.
I sent to Southampton archives because of knowing that Albert was  in botley road in 1939 and from this I had a reply stating that a Mrs Morgan was down as either relative or friend. I have not seen the entry and am going by what the archivist has given me.
I have looked on 1939 register and the grange  street Port Talbot does have a Morgan family but is at 31 , there is no 54 .
Will get in touch with Swansea record office , I did look to see if  electrol roll was available on any sites but could not find any.

This image of an 1879 map shows Grange Street Swansea, just to the left of the top left hand corner of the outlined area around St Mary's Church

Could it also be Orange Street on the address?
