Hi

Is anyone else having problems connecting to FindMyPast, no matter what I search for just get a blue screen
Relating to family tree.

No problems here either, although I did have to sign in again which I don't normally have to do. Just tried my tree as well and that's fine.

Try logging out and in again.

PLEASE ensure that you take ( at least, another ) backup/copy ( offline ) of any  data when you get back in?

Hi

No it is not just a blue screen.

It states get notifications ,  if you scroll down there is a list of records you can access. However if
You click on any and then search just get back to blue screen.

I do not have a family tree on FindMyPast, so no problems about backing up a tree.

What browser / machine?

Cookies blocker?

Any other website occurs similar?

On iPad all other sites working.

Just had e-mail from FindMyPast asking for screen shot so hope they can fix a problem which appears to be
Theirs.

However not good on technical problems usually get adult children to pay a visit and solve them.
Old age is my excuse.

Thanks for your help, can I come back to you if it is not fault with FindMyPast.
