Yes Marriage of James Wilson & Elizabeth Scott 23 Jan 1857 in Tynan Armagh (this place about 10miles from Monaghan) is a bit vague and no source quoted.

On second thought, this may not be correct.

I just got Thomas Wilson's wedding cert from Liverpool. It says he was 23 in 1884, making his birth year ~1861, not the 1859 birth that I found.

His father is listed as James Wilson, deceased at the time.

I can't find any Thomas Wilson with James Wilson as a father born in Ireland in 1861 with a couple year filter on either end.

Hrm......

Any thoughts?
