Marriage: Rees THOMAS and Frances WALLEY 1832
« on: Saturday 04 November 17 08:16 GMT (UK) »
Hello All,
The couple named in the heading married in St Paul, Bristol, 10 June 1832.
I have this information from FamilySearch.
I know the name of Frances' father but would love the name for Rees's father, and his birth place.
How do I get a copy of this marriage?
I know I can write to the Bristol Record Office and hopefully they can tell me the cost before I commit myself, but I am wondering if there is an easier way.
Thank you.
Jean
PS I do have their children well documented so please do not worry about finding them.

I've just found the same record but not from Ancestry-

This is what I've already typed:

I see that they had a daughter named Dinah could this baptism be a possible for Rees as his birth year seems to be circa 1805 from the later censuses:

Lamas Street Meeting House (Independent), Carmarthen
31 August 1804

Rees Thomas, son of Rees and Dinah Thomas

Looking good  :)

Rees THOMAS - (2nd Son) - 31 August 1804

Either baptised twice,  or 31 August 1804 was his birthday and entered twice,  or the 1804 one died  :-X
