Where is Robert Aldridges family?

I'm researching into a family tree for my friend and have hit a wall pretty early on! His mother's side was easy enough to research into, but his father's side has been a long battle.

We have only got as far as Robert James Aldridge, who was born in 1923 in Norfolk,UK. All we know is his mother's surname is possibly Constable. Other than that, his family is a complete mystery. It's driving me mad! Can anyone help?

Robert J Aldridge birth reg Q1 1923 mmn Constable in Depwade district. A possible sibling in same district in 1928 - may be still alive so I haven't given name.

She appears to be using her 2nd given name.

I didn't expect so much in such little time, thank you so much! This has been a huge help so far. May I ask where you found these details? I find it really strange that a lot of these aren't coming up when I search them.
