Thank you

That would be a perfect fit, don't know why I didn't spot in my search, a fresh pair of eyes always help with ancestry research!

For those following this thread.

I have been very fortunate to be in contact with the son of a lady (100 years and with an amazing memory) that knew Mary Ann Davies in the 1920s. She actually married a William Bevan (born 1875 Llangyfelach, Glamorgan) in 1897 in Llanelly. In 1901 they lived in Lanwonno, Glamorgan (William entered incorrectly as Wm Berman). They had one daughter Rosalie born Penrhiwceiber, Llanwonno in 1900. In 1911 they were back in Pontyberem, living at the Boat House (Mary Ann's father and siblings lived at the Boat Shop in 1881, probably the same place). In the 1920s they were living at Railway Terrace, Pontyberem. The lady remembers Mary Ann as being very deaf and having a large ear trumpet, which is confirmed by the 1911 census which states Mary Ann had already been deaf for 5 years.
