The above is my 3X GG. I believe that he married twice, the 2nd one being !sabel Latue also my 3X GG. I would like to find the parents and any siblings for Thomas. It seems that the Fishburn's moved to Durham and Thomas died in JAN 1871 • Houghton le Spring, Durham. I have tried Ancestry and FamilySearch without spotting anything. Another pair of eyes would be much appreciated.

He married Isabel in Durham in 1827 so was only 21 at that time.  Why do you think he was previously married?  Does the marriage entry show him as a widower?

In 1851 his wife is Jane?

An Isabella Fishburn died 1845 aged 41 so presumably Thomas is the 1846 marriage on freebmd to either Jane Watson or Jane Brown Lee

Buying a copy of the marriage cert will at least give you his fathers name

Carole,
Apologies, Isabella was, of course, his 1st wife and Jane Watson his 2nd. I must  admit that I was trying to find out without spending £11 on a cert.

Thanks
Bill

The only Thomas Fishburn I can find born Stokesley was baptised 23 March 1811 son of William.

There is also a marriage in Stokesley for a William Fishburn to an Elizabeth Butterwick 15 April 1805.

The only way of confirming his fathers name is by purchasing the 1846 marriage cert.  The cost is £9.25 not £11
