one question, is there any way i can confirm that John Worsdale (1776-1828 the famous astronomer), is the father of the john Worsdale who is married to Ruth?
Also how can i find John and Ruth's Marriage??

At some point around 1813, didn't they started putting "Father's occupation" in the baptism register? Perhaps the batism entry of Frances Worsdale could give a clue.
Sadly, old John's burial does not appear on the National Burial Index, so we don't know where he died
