Thank you for that information nannyj and jonw65. The family names of Chesham and Renham have been leading me a merry dance as they have been spelt so many different ways as so often happened.

Boyd's has Thomas Chessam + Elz Walls, 1733 Littlebury
Might be a possibility.

On the Parish register, it says Thomas Chessam of Elmdon. Elmdon is quite close to Langley and clavering. Feb 11 1733. She was of littlebury. I’ll check for births to make sure it’s not a different couple.

Added: the only baptism from 1733 - 1744 is Mary 20 Oct 1734. No Chesham/ Chesham deaths in Littlebury.

Elisabeth daughter of Thomas and Mary walls 22 May 1709 Littlebury.

Haven’t found Thomas and Mary’s marriage in: Littlebury, Wendens Ambo, Elmdon, arkesden, Langley, strethall or chrishall.

There’s a Thomas wall marrying in Essex 1702 on boyds but I don’t have find my past, so can’t see where in Essex it is?

It is a Thomas and Mary (Nichols) but no other information.
