I am really very confused by your post. Are you looking for information on the Mary who was married to James Walker ( Tallow Chandler). This James and Mary were the parents of the James who married Mary Ann Greasley. In 1841 the family were living in Brinklow. Included in the family was a Thomas Walker age 3. There is a likely gro birth reference for him which gives his mmn as Sanders. Ancestry have a banns entry for a marriage between James Walker and Mary Sanders in 1825 in Brinklow.

Hi there I'm trying to find the birth year of my great nan Sarah Ann Thompson she met and married William hambridge who was born to a Thomas hambridge and Emma walker. Now William hambridge was born in 1883 but died in 1964 but he's wife my great nan Sarah Ann Thompson who I do not have the birth year for died in 1947 her father name was Wilfred Thompson and mother name was Ann Thompson I do have a marriage certificate for William hambridge and Sarah Thompson they got married in register office in Nuneaton on June 10th 1910 but I'm not good at my maths and I would like a little bit of help to find out where Sarah Ann Thompson was born
Considering I have tried to find her birth parents marriage and her birth mum's maiden name and I can't find anything so therefore I don't know where Sarah Ann Thompson was born

She was 62 when she died in 1947 making her born around 1884/5. From her place of birth (Wilncote, Warwickshire) in 1911 it looks like she is the Sarah Ann Thompson born in June quarter 1885 in Tamworth Reg district ( which covers  Wilncote). Gro index shows her mother’s maiden name to be Allton. A Wilfred Thompson married an Ann Allton in Tamworth Reg district in 1884. Father’s name is a match for what you have. Sarah is with her parents in 1891. Wilfred is a Coal Miner, age 30, born Witherley, Warwickshire and Ann is age 28 born Harthill, Warwickshire. There are two other children - William H age 2 and Emily M

Mary Jane Ladds wed in 1881 Warwickshire. (St. Peter & St. Paul, Aston)

This would appear to be the 1871 census:
https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:VRFM-53D

and the 1861 Census:
https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MWMM-JLV

LADDS, WILLIAM       WHEELER  1855  M Quarter in BANBURY UNION  Volume 03A  Page 591
LADDS, JOSEPH       WHEELER  1856  D Quarter in BANBURY UNION  Volume 03A  Page 594
LADDS, SAMUEL       WHEELER  1860  M Quarter in BANBURY UNION  Volume 03A  Page 682
LADDS, MARY  JANE     WHEELER  1862  M Quarter in GRANTHAM  Volume 07A  Page 425

I think Joseph may have re-married between 1871-1881.
