 i hope im on the right page looking for info on mary hope family from nothern ireland she was born in 1920  she married phillp david in 1939 /1940 in newery catherdrail  but we are not sure please can you hope

No marriage in Northern Ireland for a Hope with that Christian name 1937-1951.

Does her death certificate give a date of birth, parents or other details? or have you not gotten her death certificate yet?
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

1920 is too recent for the birth to be online. You will find births up to 1921 for Northern Ireland counties in the civil registration index but there are only 5 Mary Hope births listed in all Ireland for 1920s- none in Northern Ireland.

When and where did she die and do you have the death certificate?

Someone called Philip Davies married a Mary Green on 27 July 1940, GRONI shows the marriage registered in Newry & Mourne district. Was the maiden name for your Mary definitely Hope?

Surname given in opening post is David.  Where are you getting your info from re this couple?
