Thank you very much for taking the time to put together all this information. It's going to be very interesting to go through it and see what I've missed. I didn't know about Richard's marriage to Barbara Smith. This is all very helpful and much appreciated.

Hello .. I was very interested to read your post. I am related to Frances Trevett (1688 - 1767) son of Richard Trevett & Emme Godwyn. Frances's son John married Joan Collins who had a son also named Frances (1754). He married Mary Collins and had a son called, you guessed it, Frances (1773). He then married a Jane Yard who had a son called Stephen. On marrying Emma (Prout) they had 5 children, one called Levi who is buried in Sunderland. Levi is my great great grandfather.
I would love to hear from you / or anyone related to the Trevitt family.

Thanks for explaining your family connection. I'm still trying to work out my Trevett line but I know we must be cousins. I've been trying to use information from my Ancestry DNA test results and have a cousin of ours on there who is trying to work it out with me. It always helps to have someone to discuss it with. Thanks again to all those who have shared information.
