So here is the answer to the mystery
Sarah Corker was born in 1843 to William and Nancy Corker
She married Samuel Mills in 1860
Samuel died and she married John Hill in 1873
Louisa Mills is from her first marriage
Louisa married Walter Anderson in 1882
Their son is on the 1911census with Sarah Hill listed as his grandmother.
Now if only all of my mysteries were as easy as this one to solve.
