I have the above m. 1925 Belper, Gladys M Holmes.
I am trying to find details of Gladys, i e. birth and death,There is a death Gladys M Bacon 1941 Ilkestone aged 31 = b.1910, that would mean she married at age 15 ?, Looking on free 1939 for William H Bacon i find one in Ripley with a Gladys M Palfreyman ( Bacon) plus one other, maybe a child ?.
Any suggestions on identifying Gladys without resorting to marriage certs?
