Wrexham tithe maps, Glebe , Church wardens

I `ve been looking at the Tithe map of Wrexham and many of the plots in the town centre have Glebe as landowner and Church warden as occupier, nothing is payable to the vicar of Wrexham.
 I understand that this  area was Wrexham Abbot.
There were houses and shops on this land so did the people occupying these pay a rent or taxes to the Church.
Would records of these payments have been kept and if so where would they be. .
 Annoyingly the people I am looking for are in this part of the town.

Am I right in thinking the occupiers are listed as Rev George Cunliffe and church wardens?  The ones in this category seem to be described as new burial ground or part of burial ground, etc.

Gadget, it just says landowner Glebe, occupier Church Wardens. There is some thing that looks likes Seites of houses etc.

The plot I am looking for is 45 which is on the next page, there are two pages all Glebe.
