Elizabeth DOUBT ca 1690

Elizabeth DOUBT married John DYER on 8 Aug 1714 in Lanteglos-by-Fowey, so I'm guessing that she was born around 1690, but where? I've only managed to find 4 possible baptisms:-

30 May 1684, Elizabeth to John and Margaret DOUBT in Cuby with Tregony

20 May 1683, Elizabeth to Nyolt and Elizabth DOUTE in Padstow
31 May 1685, Elizabeth to John and Joan DOUTE in Padstow
07 Feb 1692, Elizabeth to William and Joan DOUBT in Padstow

My money's on the last of these, mainly because of her age. I believe that I can eliminate the first lady because:-

30 Mar 1715 Elizabeth DOUBT m James MILL in Cuby with Tregony

However, I haven't been able to rule out any of the other three because I can't find any likely burials or marriages. Can anyone help, please?

Unfortunately, I don't think the answer will come from parish registers.  Cornwall OPC has three burials in Padstow from 1680 to 1750  (15 Dec 1715, 11 Jun 1717, 26 Dec 1721) which might account for some of your candidates, but (as was the way at the time) no ages or kin are given.

Unless there are other records such as parish minutes which give more information this could be one of those "which John Smith" searches which cannot be solved.

Yes, I'd found those burials but can't match them with any of the baptisms. Also, they raise other questions, viz.

Three baptisms and three burials; did none of those ladies marry? Highly unusual, so are there other Elizabeth DOUBTs somewhere?
We know that an Elizabeth DOUBT married. If not one of these three, then, where is she?
My Elizabeth used both her own and her husband's names for her children, but not Joan, Nyolt or William, so perhaps the Elizabeth who married in Lanteglos-by-Fowey did not come from Padstow.

Silly of me, but I've been out of circulation for a long time and had completely forgotten about the OPC facility, so thanks for reminding me.

I believe I've now found the right Elizabeth in Lanteglos-by-Fowey but, unfortunately, the page is torn and there is no trace of her parents' names. Just my luck! I'll see what a search for other family members throws up.
