MCLAUGHLIN, JOHN  WILLIAM     mmn WILSON

I did find a marriage in an on line parish clerk's records for a Charles McLaughlin of the right age in the right neighbourhood on 24.July 1880 to an Elizabeth Ann Wilson.    This was in a Cof E church and may or may not be the same Charles.

Bath Mill Cottages are still there. They are actually quite substantial for "cottages", being a terrace of 3-storey houses overlooking the Lancaster Canal at the back.

I can't see him on census yet.  I think I may have seen his wife as a patient in an institution in 1891.
