Betty Snape birth help please

I was wondering if you could help me find a birth for a Betty Winifred Snape. she was born between 1929 and 1931 in Devon but where i am unsure. I also dont know her parents name which is what im trying to find out. She died in 2008 in Edinburgh in Scotland. thats all the information i have

I know its not much to go on, im keeping my fingers crossed there may be something there to go on

Other SNAPE (mmn KENNEDY) births Taunton 1925 and Tiverton 1926-1931 who may be siblings.

- I couldn't find an obvious marriage, but with siblings' names you might get lucky finding a mention in local newspapers or if there are open records on the 1939 register.

Im rather interested in this marriage from 1921. There was a family story that Bettys father was in the army and her mother had run away from her family to marry him and he was English. What does his rank say, i see he is registered at beggars bush barracks
