Thank you Kay99 - very generous and so appreciate your help.  Trying to decipher name of the 2nd witness.  It is interesting they give the same address for both bride and groom. Hopefully this will give a start to finding George Smith and John Blackmore.

I can't read the name of the second witness well either. Possibly Agnes Ada Carswell??   :-\

I think this might be father John Blackwell b 1816 Stroud Glos in 1871 https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:VB6D-CRS  and 1881 https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:Q273-BB2N   In 1881 he is listed as a carpenter and in 1871 he has a daugher Mary Ann of the right age
