help with a will

Hi there

can anyone please help me with this will i have tried but unfortunately i can only make out the first few lines and then the odd words any help would be appreciated


This is the last will and Testament of one John Rees of the parish of wick in the country’s Glamorgan ___________ this fifth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eight _____six I give and betroth u to my son John Reed ____ his executors

First clip
This is the last Will
and Testament of me John Rees of the parish of Wick
in the county of Glamorgan Gentleman made this
fifth day of March in the Year of our Lord One
thosand eight hundred and six I give and
bequeath unto my son John Rees Clerk his
Executors Administrators and Assigns all and
singular the leasehold and Copyhold Premises
situate in the Parishes of Monkash* and Wick in
the said County of Glamorgan which are now
occupied by Evan Jenkins his undertenants and
which Leasehold Premises I hold by virtue of a
lease granted to me by the late William Dawkin
Esquire subject to an Annuity of ten pounds yearly
to be paid to my daughter Winifred Rees during the
Continuance of the lives in the said lease mentioned
provided the said Winifred Rees shall so long live

Clips 2 & 3
which said Annuity I direct to be paid half yearly
from the time of my decease clear of all taxes and
Reductions whatsoever I give and bequeath
unto my daughters Catherine Rees and Winifred
Rees the sums of money and Dividends due
thereupon which are now or shall be in my
name in the four per cent Annuities consolidated
April the sixth One thousand seven hundred and
eighty and all and every other sum and sums of
money and dividends due on the same which shall
happen to be in my name in any other fund or
Government security whatsoever at the time of
my decease And I direct my Executrix hereinafter
named to assign and transfer the same unto the
said Catherine Rees and Winifred Rees equally
between them  I give and bequeath unto my
Nephew Deere Rees the sum of ten pounds to be
paid him at the time of my decease And I give
to the said Deere Rees all my Wearing Apparel
I give and devise and bequeath unto my wife
Catherine Rees all my freehold Copyhold and
leasehold messuages lands and  hereditaments

(except the lease and Copyhold Estate which I have
herein before bequeathed unto my son John Rees
To hold unto the said Catherine Rees for and
during the term of her natural life and from
and after her decease I give devise and bequeath
the same unto my son John Rees his heirs and
Assigns for ever I give and bequeath all and
singular my personal Estate Goods Chattels
and Effects except my said landed property which
I have before bequeathed to my two daughters
Catherine and Winifred unto my said wife Catherine
Rees for and during the term of her natural life
and from and after her decease I order and direct
that all my said personal Estate shall be divided
to and amongst my said daughters Catherine
and Winifred And I give and bequeath the
same after the decease of my said Wife unto my
aforesaid two daughters absolutely for ever I
appoint my said wife Catherine sole Executrix of
this my last will and Testament In witness
whereof I have hereto set  my hand and seal
the ^day^ month and year above written - John Rees

the said Testator John Rees as and for his last
Will and Testament in the presence of us who in
his presence and at his request and in the
presence of each other have subscribed our names

clip 4 is a Codicil

I the above named John Rees by way of a
Codicil to this my last will and Testament...

Clip 5 is the proving of the Will with the Codicil
His wife receives adminstration of his “Goods Chattels and Credits

Ann Rees appears again at the end of the codicil (clip 4), as Ann Rees Mother to Mr P – presumably she is the mother of the other witness, Edward Powell.
