GRO PDF format choice
« on: Sunday 31 December 17 15:42 GMT (UK) »
Can anyone tell me where, on the GRO site, the selection option for the PDF format is?     I am trying to order a marriage cert in this format, and it says in the Q&As that the box to tick is under 'service options' on the page, but all I can see is options for postage.  I can't find the option for the cheaper 'cert'.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You will have to wait until the GRO have the marriages digitised before they can be delivered by PDF. Only the births and deaths were digitised under the original contract.

Cheers
Guy

PS If you have a few million pounds to spare I am sure you could easily persuade the GRO to allow you to pay to digitise the marriage records for the benefit of the family history community.  ;)
