William Manson - Apology
« on: Saturday 06 January 18 16:51 GMT (UK) »
Sorry for wasting anyones time just been told that this William Manson belongs to another Alexander and Jane and not my family, sorry.

William Manson (abt 1885 in Wick - according to 1901 census he was 16) Son of  Alexander Manson (1857-1942) and Jane Campbell (1855-1912).  He was not mentioned on the 1891 census.  I can find nothing after the 1901 census can anyone help please?  Thanks.
I have looked on Scotlandspeople for William Manson around that date of birth but none have the right parents between 1881-1886.  Thanks.

Could it be a mis-transcription and he was George Milligan Manson (George does appear on the 1891 census) -  ???

ancestry is so confusing when they all seems to call their children the same names, even brothers or sisters children have the same names as their cousins aghhhhh.
