From the information given here this is Frances birth certificate which you can order from the GRO

JONES, FRANCES       mothers maiden name TOMLINSON
1891  June Quarter
WARRINGTON  Volume 08C  Page 222

A June qtr registration would fit with a March birth

I think this is the most likely one.

And George was registered in June quarter 1889 (April to June) in Warrington District (Volume 8C, page 230), with mother's maiden name of Tomlinson.

Hi everyone.
Thank you ever so much.
I haven't got my  great grans certificates yet  as I don't know the proper  details.  This is why I asked for help.
However I have been in touch with tameside.  Because  of where my great gran Frances Jones was living until she passed away.  She wasn't living in tameside.  She was living in hattersly Hyde.  So I have to  apply for her death certificate from tameside register office.  I was given the document  I posted.
I then sent a email  to 2 different other places. Before  I posted my help on here. I was given  my great gran Frances Jones was 77 when she passed away  and I was told to go for the year 1967.. which brings me to wonder  what year she was born.  Because she had her son Alfred evan Jones on the 27th of September 1914.
I can put on my grandparents marriage certificate  and my grandads  birth certificate.  I'm applying  for my grandads death certificate a week  this Wednesday. So I should receive it  by the Saturday.

I can't thank you all enough for your  help.  It's  truly amazing  how everyone  helps.
Thank you so much.

You can order this registration from the GRO as a PDF for £6.
https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/Login.asp

It will cost you £10 from Tameside or £9.25 as a certificate from the GRO.

You've been given all the exact information way back in November - Frances Jones was born 12/3/1891 and was living in Manchester in 1939.

The only anomaly is that when she was baptised it gives birthdate as 11/3.

I think you overcomplicating things by getting certificates from local register offices and getting yourself in a muddle.

You are much better off by getting your certificates from the GRO - no phone calls required, no emails.   You can do everything online at:

http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates

You can either opt to have a certificate sent to you by post or, as has been mentioned, have it sent as a PDF by email at a reduced cost of £6.   The choice is yours.

You can get all the details you need for this or any other certificate on the FreeBMD website.

All you need from the index is quite simple - just enter details exactly how they are shown i.e.
Surname
Christian Name
Birth (as required right now for Frances, but another time you may want a death or marriage for someone)
Year of the event
Quarter (i.e. right now you want June quarter (Apr.-Jun.)
District of the event (in this instance Warrington)
Vol. number
Page number

Births Jun 1891

Jones
 Frances

 Warrington
 8c
222

I've copied above the birth entry for Frances exactly how it comes up on FreeBMD - this gives you every bit of information you need to order the certificate from the GRO in just one action.   No telephone calls/emails required at all - the Vol./Page numbers are for the GRO only and do not work when using local register offices.  It's always easier dealing with the GRO direct online with just one simple action.
