Emma greening. b1849, (married 1869?). Brickwall

Free BMD records marriage of Emma Greening, Sep 1869,  but names none of the others on the page.

Working from entry on Family Search I have deduced that she married Samuel Curtis. (The birth of William Henry Kinsman Monk - mmn Tucker -  in 1873 links the other couple).

The evidence of 1861 suggests she was born Marystow, Devon. March quarter 1849, Tavistock.

I cannot find Emma and Samuel in 1871 or in any other subsequent census, suggesting that they may have emmigrated. The multiple variations of their surname does not help when it comes to searching.

I would welcome assistance to trace this couple, both to confirm Emma's identity and to discover their destiny.

I am confident with that record. What I want to know is what happened afterwards.

1871 has a 51 yr old married Samuel Curtis , bn Barnstaple, as Boatswain on the Ganges(1)

If no-one can find them easily (and you have not and this post has had 77 readers at this time) then all extra information that is available should be used.
