Thank you so very much! So Cullena(gh) would be the townland? Is this where the bride would be from? the site of the marriage?

So sorry for the questions...trying to understand myself in order to explain to my 88 year old mother-in-law...this would be her great-grandmother.

I will look further into the records for this area...thank you again. We are looking at visiting Ireland in the near further. Cullenagh is definitely on our list of places to see now.

A priest that I mentioned in my first post, Fr. Patrick Brennan, had mentioned in his biography that he was born in Abbyleix, Queens County....this is not far from Cullenagh I see.
