Anthony Greenyer - lived near Looe 1950s
« on: Tuesday 16 January 18 17:01 GMT (UK) »
Anyone aware of family of Anthony Greenyer in either Devon or Cornwall.  Probably lived near Looe in early 1950's as I think he worked at photograghers in the town.

On another site you suggested that he lived in Plymouth [Devon] or Looe [Cornwall].

Try contacting Greenyers listed in the BT telephone directory, different location but they may have connection? https://www.thephonebook.bt.com/Person/PersonSearch/?Surname=greenyer&Location=devon&Initial=&Street=

Thanks for quick response.  I've no idea where he actually lived (Devon OR Cornwall) in the 50's but know he frequented areas around Plymouth such as Tavistock and Bere Alston.  I have also been told he worked at a photographers in Looe so on other sites I have tried to keep my location/area wider by referring to both County locations....  Not had any results.  I've tried BT and Electoral Roll option in the past but not tracked the right person down, although I believe he has now passed away.

I wasn't aware of this forum till today but now hoping that one response so quickly bodes well for more in the future.
