Married Anne about 1633
Grand parents  Francis Kirk bc 1580

Hallo, Valerie

from the transcripts currently available on FreeReg your findings are correct:

Francis KIRKE and Elizabeth GREENE m 8 May 1603 Rocester
Ricardus KYRKE bap 21 Feb 1604 Rocester, son of Francisci (a carpenter) and Elizabethae
Richard and Ann - marriage not yet found
Francis KIRKE bap 23 Feb 1633 Rocester, son of Richard and Ann
Francis - marriage not yet found

Bearing in mind that marriages were generally (although not always) in the bride's parish it is probable that the marriages of Richard and Francis were in nearby parishes whose registers have not yet been transcribed.

All the best
Philip
