Debtors Prison Bodmin+William Minear
« on: Wednesday 17 January 18 21:30 GMT (UK) »
London Gazette refers to third notice regarding insolvent debtor William Minear victualler of St Austell 5 May 1811.
I think this might relate to the "Ring of Bells" St Austell.
I am assuming there must be a series of notices. What was the procedure?

Can anyone please help with further detail?
To my knowledge there was more than one William Minear.
Wyatt and Wood of Glossop, Derbyshire. Longstaff of Bishop Auckland,Durham. Harry of St Austell and St Kew,Cornwall. Charters of County Antrim.Knight of Warwickshire.Hendy of Ballyedmonduff.
