Ji

I am trying to find the baptism of this man who married Mary Archer in Sudbury 1744. Any help would be gratefully accepted.

Kind Regards

David

Hi

I have found a transcription of his baptism

Jonathan SHELDRICK baptised 24 Jun 1720 Sudbury, son of George and Mat. **

** From baptisms found of his siblings - John, Bridget, Matthew & Matthias,, their mothers name was Martha.

The first childs baptism was John in 1707 - the only marriage I can see is in Great Baddow, Essex which is about thirty miles form Sudbury, again only from the Boyds Index - 1704 - George SHELDRICK to Martha BROWN.
