I'm researching Arthur Hughes who married Mary Hay, July 1826 in Crossmaglen.  I actually wonder if he's the same Arthur showing in Ayrshire in 1861 census now with wife Alice. If anyone knows of this couple I'd love to here from you.elaine

1861 Maybole Ayrshire

Arthur Hughes   83 Born Ireland 1798. Pauper.
Allice Hughes   71 Born Ireland.
Thomas Fitzpatrick   76 Born Ireland. Boarder. Pauper.
Mary Stevenson   39 Daughter. Born Maybole. Outworker.
Isaac Stevenson   4 Grandson. Born Maybole

Sandra, thank you so much, if I thought the death cert would have shown that info I'd have done that. My eyesight is pretty awful, is that Alice Hardie? and his mum is mary Hannah? Totally amazing!Elaine
