Do you know who Jane and Anne married?
There are a couple of Anne's and Janes together in the 1861 census in Aberystwyth but not specifically Penparcau.
Do you have them in any censuses?
There is also this one in 1871
RG10 piece 5562 folio 61 page 14
Prospect St
Thomas Jones    68 mariner
Margaret Jones    43
Anne Jones    14
Jane Jones    12
Catherine Jones    8
William Jones    5
David Jones    3

All born Aberystwyth

Yes, Anne' s father is Thomas Jones a labourer
Is Llanbadarn Fawr in Penparcau?

Thank you for your replies....have now returned to the search.
There is a problem with John and Margaret Jones being the parents of Jane and Anne.
They are too old! I think they might be grandparents.
 Thomas is definitely Anne’s father.
I have found possible mothers as Magdalene or Sophia.
Any ideas?

possible in 1861 with mother Sophia, but father is lead miner, not labourer, and they're not born in or living in Penparcau.
