I think the first word is Larwick.

The baptism in question is I think, going by your other linked threads, from Robinson's Lane Presbyterian in Sunderland.

Here is what Durham Records Online has to say:

Most of the members of the Presbyterian congregation were of Scottish extraction, arriving in Sunderland as seamen, soldiers, shipwrights, etc.

I agree, I think Northumberland would more likely be written Nbl (i.e. 'b' not capitalised)
