does anyone have access to the marriage banns for Charles smith and Lucy Hall. Married in Evesham Worcestershire, 1867 4th QTR.

Going by the reference number 554 it is possibly registry office they are normally towards the end  :-\
From freebmd - The expected page range for this district is 513 to 557

I can't see anything online.
Census information is Crown Copyright, from www.nationalarchives.gov.uk
