They had 6 children that i know of.

all born woodford, kettering, northamptonshire, england.

i know george was in australia in abt 1926.

believe one of the daughters could of married a H Bellamy

Where did you get your information about George being in Aus in 1926?  If you tell us that, it might give us a clue where to look next.

George Tiney ASHLEY died in Chelsea Victoria in 1934, aged 75 parents: James ASHLEY and Sarah Ann TINEY.  REG NO: 12462

An Elizabeth Ann ASHLEY died Yarraville Victoria in 1958 aged 99 parents: William WOOD and Sarah Ann (UNKNOWN) REG no: 13371

Alice EDWARDS died Footscray Victoria in 1961 aged 76 parents: George ASHLEY and Elizabeth Ann WOOD Reg no: 10044

Herbert ASHLEY died Melbourne Victoria in 1948 aged 53 parents: George ASHLEY and Elizabeth Ann WOOD Reg no. 7925

Thank you. I know he was in Australia in 1926 as that was when his brother died in Northampton. Uk. I have got the memorial bit out of the newspaper, and it said that representing George Tiney Ashley was a Mr and Mrs H Bellamy niece as George was in Australia.

With regards to the Victorian deaths I found.  Victorian death indexes are on CDRom to 1985.

If you want a copy of them you can purchase and collect them online. Cost is $17.50 australian.  Just need to go to the Purcharse and download and image part, as I have given you the reg no.s.
