I'm looking for a birth record for Ann Betts.

Ann was born in Hythe, Kent, around 1813. She married Henry Vine Plowman on 6 Sep 1829 in St Helier, Jersey. She died in 1898 in Newton Abbot, Devon.

Any help at all is much appreciated. Thank you

No birth records prior to 1.7.1837.  You are dependent on baptismal entries in parish registers

Henry Vine Plowman was born 1807 but is shown as 30 in 1861 and Ann as 51

Ah, sorry, I tend to use the terms interchangeably! I have had a look but can't seem to find anything that fits; time to start some serious searching, I think 😁

Are you sure she was only 16 when she married Vine - your other post shows he was born 1781.  1861 shows Ann b 1810

Henry Vine Plowman was born 1807; he was the son of the Vine Plowman who was born 1781
