1841 census

29 Belvedere Place, Southwark

Joshua Murrell 35 wire drawer
Charles Murrell 12
Richard Murrell  3
Joshua Murrell 1.5
Elizabeth Murrell  9
Mary Ann Sissons 10
John Walker 16 ap wire drawer
Ann Stansfield 33
Charles Sissons 8

Ref. for 1841 Charles & Mary Ann's surname transcribed as SIPOUS on Anc*y
HO107; Piece: 1084; Civil Parish: St George The Martyr; ED 9; Folio: 6; Page: 5

These appear to be Richard & Joshua Murrell's birth entries from 1841 census
GRO indexes give mmn

MURRELL, RICHARD  mnn     LARRING
1837  D Quarter in OF SAINT GEORGE THE MARTYR SOUTHWARK  Volume 04  Page 92

MURRELL, JOSEPH  mmn  LURRING
1839  D Quarter in OF SAINT GEORGE THE MARTYR SOUTHWARK  Volume 04  Page 373

His first born child was Charles so I would have thought this baptism more likely:
