Thomas McCaffrey and Margaret Bennett we’re married in Armagh so there will be no record on Scottish people.
If you knew that already you should have said so at the outset.

Most of the birth registrations are in st rollox and death in a district called pollispark.
Actually it's Possilpark.

If you have information, especially about dates and places, you should always include all of that information when posting an enquiry. It saves people who are trying to be helpful duplicating stuff you already know. It's also a good idea to say what information you are looking for.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

Thanks for the clarifying that for me... though I wasn’t posting an enquiry - I was responding to an enquiry. If that was not the case then I’m not sure why it asked me to reply to the original post. I am not looking for information, if I decided to do this in the future I will make sure I post all the information I have.

That's fine. Happy hunting.

Sure enough, Thomas McCaffery and Margaret Bennett were married in the district of Newry and Mourne in County Down, Northern Ireland, on 20 July 1921. You can view their marriage certificate at modest cost at https://geni.nidirect.gov.uk/

For anyone viewing this thread in the future who may want sight of the certificate, it can be viewed for free at https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie .
