Welcome to RootsChat elleen.
We can't help you with living relatives but one may spot your post someday.
We can possibly help find records from earlier if you haven't already done so.
It's always a good idea to provide some dates so people have an idea of time period.
There is a marriage in 1926 of a Thomas Cuilkin and Ellen McManus

Would this be your grandparents marriage?

Robert's birth gives his mother as Margaret O'Malley
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1911/01540/1623594.pdf
1911 Census tell us they are married 15 years and John is from Cavan.
married 1895

John is a widower.
John wasn't a barber at this stage and I think he and Margaret are in the Workhouse in 1901, not 100% sure of that yet.

Two more sons born after the census

I can't find the first two girls Ellen and Mary Ann

Thanks for all the information above. Super helpful.
Been "studying" hard and so far here is where I am.
My Dad and siblings born Dromore West to Thomas Culkin and Ellen McManus. Dad Sean(John Joseph), his Mum(Ellen) and 4 other siblings went to Birmingham late 40s where last name became Quilkin.
Grandad Thomas one of 9 born to John(Sean)Cuilkin and Bridget Connolly.
Still gathering info on McManus and O'Malley Great Granny. Also Connolly and Moffatt Great Granny.
Cannot find and info on John's parents . He was born 1869 ish. Some say Larry but cannot a Larry that fits the dates. Lots of Lawrence/Laurence/ but just trying to get my connection correct.
Anyone know or know of someone who may be able to fill it in?

Thanks so much.

The following John Culkin was born on 16 October 1868:
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1868/03416/2252946.pdf

He was baptised on 19 October 1868 according to this Templeboy RC parish register (left page, 4th entry up from bottom):
https://registers.nli.ie/registers/vtls000634638#page/4/mode/1up

Parents Laurence Culkin and Mary Anne Moffett were married in Kilmacshalgan RC Chapel on 26 November 1864, Lawrence was recorded as a 25 year old farmer living in Cannaghanally, the son of Patrick Culkin, a farmer, 21 year old Mary Anne was living in Patch, the daughter of John Moffett a farmer, the witnesses were Henry Culkin and Sibina Grehan.

Griffith's Valuation shows a Patrick and Laurence 'Quilcan' in Cannaghanally, print date for the locality was 1857:
http://www.askaboutireland.ie/griffith-valuation/index.xml?action=nameSearch

The names Patrick, James and Laurence 'Culkeen' appear in the Tithe Applotment Books under Cannaghanally in 1833:
