Great thank you. Will have a look at that now.
I don't think it was always a doctors  i do believe it was next to a colliery.
I will have a nose now to see if i can find anyone linked to the house and colliery aswell.

Hi all, has anyone any idea when Glangernant, Pontardawe was built?
Neuadd Road, Gwaun Cae Gurwen Llangilwg was in Pontardawe, was this part of "Doctor's Road" in say 1911?

Glangarnant House is on Neuadd Road, Garnant, Ammanford.

People nick-name it "Doctors Road" after many Doctors who lived on the road and in the house.

I do believe  Doctor Rhys lived there dating  back to the late 1880-1890s and left early 1900s. Unsure exact  year it was built

That is my problem, he is at Newport Road aged 63, who was at Glangernant in 1911, Neuadd Road comprised two households both mining families.
