What do you mean by Baptist?  His religion or his christian name?

Who is Thomas?

I found with one of my families around that time that 4 of ten children (numbers 1,2,5,6) were bap Methodist and 5 others C of E. I never found a bap for No.9.
Today I broke my personal record for most consecutive days alive.

Yes, I could have phrased that better.  The father is James Scott a farmer in Boston West.  I believe he was a Baptist.

It appears that I have lost the plot, completely - at the moment I am bombarded by so may Thomas's, James's, Williams etc. that I don't know what I'm doing!!

I'll start again ----I am looking for the children of THOMAS Scott in Boston (I believe he is a Baptist) he is a farmer living at Boston West - his children are Elizabeth about 1814, William about 1819 and Mary about 1832, there may be more children.  THOMAS' wife maybe Mary from a marriage in 1810 at the parish church in Boston.  Thomas is names on the marriage certificate of his son William.

On Freereg
Elizabeth baptized 13 September 1812 Boston father Thomas Scott coachman, mother Mary Hall
notation Mary Templeman.

There is a marriage of Thomas Scott to Mary Hall widow in Boston 13 June 1810

Burial at Boston Thomas Scott age 6 months 20 March 1815 a possible son

After this they must have become Baptist as there are no more C of E baptisms.

1841 census Boston
William Scott 20  Farmer
Elizabeth 25
living with them are (his sisters?)
Elizabeth 27
Mary 10
Eliza 9

A request for Burial dated 13 January 1840 for a Mary Scott aged 58 who died 9 January 1840 in The White Horse Lane Burial Ground Boston for Non Conformists. Mary is listed as Baptist.
This could be their mother and the reason Elizabeth, Mary and Eliza are living with their brother.

Above on ancestry indexed as 9 August 1840 have put in a correction request.

Wonderful!!!  Thank you.  The Christening of Elizabeth definitely links her to Thomas and Mary Hall.  The Elizabeth aged 25 on the 1841 census is William's wife.  Eliza and Mary could well be the daughters of Elizabeth (27) because she also had a daughter Annie abt. 1842.
