Annie Edmonds Spencer after 1911

Is it possible to trace Annie after 1911 death of husband or do I have to wait for 1921?

Annie born 1875 to George Edmonds and Jane Baker. Baptised 18 Apr 1875 Wonersh. She married Alfred William Spencer 10 Jun 1905 in Guildford. In 1911 family were living in Colchester. There were 3 sons two on the 1911 census- Alfred George(1907) and Leonard William(1909). Another son Albert John birth registered Jun 1911 Colchester. Husband Alfred William died 22 Apr 1911 and shows Annie as reporting his death.
There appear to be a number of possible marriages however the only one that I have ruled out is the 1915 Guildford marriage which shows father as Spencer.
Anyone have suggestions?

What happened to the children - where did they marry & subsequently live

Good question. Lots of canidates to choose from re marriages. Leonard seemed to be the most likely to trace. There is a possible marriage for him but could not find a likely death. I wondered if Annie remarried which seems likely with 3 very young children that the children ended up with a new surname.

Alfred George Spencer birth reg Jun qtr 1907 Dorking, mmn Edmonds.

Possible matching death reg Dec qtr 1979 Bristol shows birthdate 30 Apr 1907.  This Alfred married Gwendoline A Hatherell in Bristol in 1934.

It looks possible (free searches) that Albert John b 1911 was in Trowbridge in 1939 and died there in 1967.

Possible marriage: Albert J Spencer to Doris M Emms, Mar qtr 1941 Trowbridge.
