Welcome to RootsChat.  I can't see a marriage entry via FreeBMD for the names Cyril or Patricia Broomhead in 1943  :-\  Who do you think they married?

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!

Patricia J Gough or Glass (indexed twice in both surnames) married Cyril Broomhead in 1948 in March quarter in Nottingham.

Enter details into freebmd: https://www.freebmd.org.uk/

Using the registration numbers you can then order the certificate from the GRO though you will need to register: https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/menu.asp

And ...., welcome to rootschat toriajane. :)

Thank you!   Actually perhaps I didn't ask the question properly.   Patricia Gough married Cyril Broomhead.   Can I see the certificate?

Only if you buy it.  :)
Patricia is registered under two surnames. Presumably you are aware of this?

There will only be one marriage certificate, with the three names on it.
