contacting a poster

Ive come across rootschat as a search engine threw up a topic where a poster (Aus) was enquiring about her family in scotland. There was enough info for me to realise she is a relation of my wife's (the family was Kerr btw) and Im really keen to make contact.

The PM system isnt at all obvious on here - Ive registered (obviously!) however the message section says I cant send/use PMs etc etc. Ive clicked on the posters name but nothing says anything like 'contact poster' etc

Its probably been asked a thousand times...but any tips please?
