What a fabulous costume!  Such a rich colour. Would those have been kid gloves ? And with her beautiful bracelets on top. I think you are so lucky to have this picture. Mind you, I am very glad I don't have to wear it. I'm puzzled about the colour though, is the original picture that colour? I alwys thought they were all sepia tones.

It wasn't sepia, but not that tone, I used auto correct and that's how it came out. I can see now it's  the same dress as in another one I posted.

We don't see many hand coloured CdeV's but they were about.
I have one with the photographer's instructions on it sent to the artist.
