I wonder if the Volume and page number could be missing the year and quarter?  I think that would then indicate the GRO index reference details for ordering the certificate.

Lemuel Bellord son of James and Elizabeth and father of Elizabeth and Olivia was born in Co Waterford, Ireland in 1795. He was the eldest of 9 children. His brother James was my great grandfather. Very interested to learn that Lemuel's daughters went to Van Dieman's Land.
The Bellords were from Norfolk U.K. and only temporarily in Ireland.

Hi can believe that finally someone knows of Lemuel Bellord. I would love to know more as  he is a 5th grandfather to me.  Would you know the origin of the Bellords.  I thought they may have come from France and went to Ireland.  I have James on my familly tree.  I think that he migrated to America.  I am totally thrilled for this information.  So somewhere down the line we are related.  Olivia was my 4th great grandmother.
