Edward Smith buried 1766 Rogiet, Near Caldicot, Monmouthshire

Hi

My 7th Great Grandfather was Edward Smith buried 1766 Rogiet or Roggiett not sure of the spelling would welcome help with that, its near Llanfihangel Juxta Rogiet ..Monmouthshire.  I am looking to find his birth date and a will if possible, also to find out who his parents were if possible.

I welcome any help with this.
