In the 1911 Census at 999 Avenue de l'Hotel de Ville:

Harding, Phillips, Head, born March 1888, single, aged 23, born Quebec, Irish, Canadian

At the same address, Victor Migneron, aged 23, with his wife, Marie Rose, and son, Victor.

This is in Maisonneuve, Sub-District 63, St. Jean-Baptiste Ward

Well done Eileen :) :) :)

Here is an image of the page you found.  Philip is at the very bottom.  I looked at the top of the next page... no Hardings.  I wonder where the rest of the family is??

So, who is Phillip?  1911 directory shows a W. Hardy at that address.

Tried again earlier today but nothing on Philip Harding  - he is very well hidden as well - neither seem to show in WW1 - (No Canadian Attestation Papers)
Was any of the census for 1911 or 1921 missing does anyone know ?
