Tidy up of photo please Hugh Young

The attached is from a seaman's identity card but may show him in WW1 army uniform.  Hugh Young was born in 1892, and any tidying up would be a bonus.

Thanks Sarah.  It is the best I have, a download from an online Merchant Navy record and probably from a passport size original.
